Hearty Hamburger Soup 1 pound of hamburger 1/8 teaspoon EACH of onion salt, garlic salt two 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce 2 pounds of frozen mixed vegetables 2 medium potatoes, peeled, chopped Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger in 3 quart saucepan, stirring until crumbly.
Add the next 3 ingredients and 2 cups water, mixing well.
Simmer covered, for 30 minutes.
Stir in mixed vegetables.
Simmer covered for 25 minutes longer.
Add potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Yields: 6 - 8 servings
