CHILI WITH BEEF AND CORN

1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 cup onions -- chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes -- sliced and not drained
1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans -- not drained
1 (17 oz.) can corn -- drained
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles -- not drained
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro -- chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1. Crumble beef into a large skillet. Stir over high heat 3 minutes until beef is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients; stir to blend. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer uncovered, stirring twice, 10 minute or until chili thickens slightly.
