SLOW COOKER BEEF STEW

- Cook Time: 10-12 hours
- Total Time: 12 hours and 20 min
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
2 lb | Beef, cut into 2" pieces |
1 | Large Onion, chopped |
3 | Potatoes, cubed |
½ cup | Carrots, chopped |
½ cup | Green Beans, cut into pieces |
½ cup | Ketchup |
2 Tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 Tbsp | Dark Brown Sugar |
1 Tbsp | Paprika |
½ tsp | Dry Mustard |
2 cups | Beef Stock |
¼ cup | Flour |
Directions:
In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear meat on all sides and then remove. Place the beef in a lightly greased crock pot. Add the onions, carrots, and green beans. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, Worcestershire, flour, brown sugar, paprika, dry mustard and beef broth. Pour the mixture over the meat in the crock pot; cook for 10 to 12 hours on low heat.
