TROPICAL MINT SOUP
Using Tropical ingredients such as coconut and mango with mint, peach and mandarin is a delicious idea! It's fruity, minty and so refreshing!! This was made during 'Restaurant Express' show on Food Network and it was a success!!! This brilliant cold soup is perfect appetizer, snack or even dessert! Hope you enjoy it~!!
Canned mandarin 10 Ounce
Canned peach 15 Ounce
Fresh mint leaves 2 Cup
Mango 1 , diced
Coconut vanilla ice cream 1 Cup
In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
SERVING
Pour the soup into a serving bowl, and garnish with edible flowers. Serve and enjoy!
