Strawberry Tapioca Salad
(Tri State Neighbor)

1 pt. frozen strawberries
1 small pkg. non-instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. non-instant tapioca pudding
1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 bananas
2 c. whipped cream (can be 1 small carton Cool Whip or Dream Whip)

Thaw strawberries and reserve juice. Add water to reserved juice to make 2 cups liquid.
Add puddings and gelatin to liquid. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes until thickened.
Stir a couple of times while cooking. Cool completely.
Stir in strawberries, bananas and whipped cream
