Bistro Chicken Salad to Freeze

1 bottle Newman's Own Olive oil and vinegar dressing | 1/2 package shredded carrots |
1 bag frozen grilled chicken | 2 red peppers |
1 bunch asparagus | 1/2 bottle Loeb's onion crunch |
Combine most of a package of frozen grilled chicken, 1 bunch asparagus chopped, 1/2 package shredded carrots, and 2 red peppers chopped. Divide into 6 quart-size freezer bags (about 1 1/2 cups each). Place 2 Tablespoons dressing in each of 6 snack sized bags. Place slightly less than 1/4 cup french fried onions in each of 6 snack sized ziploc bags. Place a dressing bag and onion topping bag in each Quart-sized bag of chicken and vegetable mixture. Freeze. When ready for use, microwave vegetables for 2 and a half minutes. Thaw dressing in cup of room temperature water. Place all on a bed of lettuce.
