My Broccoli Califlower Carrot and Sausage soup ! Ingredients: 1 TBSP olive oil 1 TBSP Butter 1 Cup chopped onions 3 Garlic cloves, pressed or minced 1 bag of frozen broccoli, califlower, carrots mix , chopped into 1/2 " pieces 1 32 oz can Chicken Broth 1 tsp pepper 1 TBSP Brown Sugar 1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar 1 cup parmesian cheese or shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Milk Saute onions and chopped vegetables in olive oil and butter until softened. Add chicken broth, pepper, garlic, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Add in 1 cup parmesian cheese OR 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and the 1/2 cup of milk and heat through. ** you will not taste vinegar or sugar, but the soup will have a very delicious tastey tang to it that keeps you coming back for more . (The vinegar is balanced out with the sugar and really adds a lot to this soup - its my secret ingredient !.) |
