My husband is sensitive to acid. I mixed a teaspoon or so with jarred pesto and mixed with with a bit of olive oil. Lightened it with about a teaspoon of water. He loved it. So anyone with chemo mouth trouble might try this. I usually have homemade pesto but a refrigerated grocery store pesto will work in a pinch.
