The kissing cousin of rémoulade, this versatile spiced sauce originated in Jackson, Mississippi. Try it on chopped lettuce or anything fried.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Hands-on: 5 Minutes
Total: 5 Minutes
Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, lemon juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, and pepper. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate 1 week.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 chili sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of one lemon
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight.
*****This is SO good! For the Chili sauce, I used Heinz. I used a heaping teaspoon of Dijon mustard , added 1 teaspoon onion powder and 1 teaspoon ground pepper. Keeps in Frig for as long as Ketchup or Mayo! yummmm good on everything! Thank you!
****I only gave 4 stars because I didn't add the olive oil, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. My husband loved it and wants me to keep making it. He has almost finished what I made. Very easy to make.
